Towel refresh was superb. Whenever we needed more coffee someone was up at our door in minutes. Staff at front desk were very friendly. The pool always had water and towels. The gym was sufficiently equipped.

Breakfast pretty normal but the salsa was awesome +. The elevators were the smoothest ever. Carpet in room felt clean on bare feet. Some hotels floors make your bare feet cringe. Bed comforter was comfy.

Not easily accessible for handicapped person. Residents in next room were very loud until early in the morning.

My granddaughter was invited to a prom that was going on there for Cedar ridge high school by her young. And she drove in town. For the event.

Spent my birthday weekend in Austin and so glad we chose this hotel rather than the ones in downtown. The location was so lovely, the staff were helpful, the hotel was extremely clean and the room was nice. Overall great value for money. Really nice gym which comes with everything you need & they didn’t charge us for parking or Wi-Fi.

I was familiar with the location and had stayed at the Renaissance in the past. The property is beautiful and restaurants are within walking distance.

It is a Beautiful Hotel; I loved the experience of staying there. Highly recommend this hotel. It is conveniently located in Austin, with easy access to the freeways and shopping. So you have everything within a few minutes, shopping, restaurants and more.
